Aleksandra offers a free 15 minute consultation over the phone as courtesy to all who wish to explore having a session with her so she and the prospective client can get to know each other better and to ensure there's a 'right match' between client and Practitioner.

Please ensure that you have read, understood and agree with the Privacy Notice as otherwise Aleksandra may not be able to work with you and assist you on your journey.

 

Regarding the hypnosis offering, once you and Aleksandra have determined a date, Aleksandra will send you a formal booking confirmation email with further instructions and preparation guidelines. Upon receipt of the booking confirmation email, you are expected to pay a deposit in the amount of half the cost of the session in order to secure the appointment. This is due within 1-2 days of receipt of the email. The deposit amount is non-refundable, however where possible and convenient for both parties, the session can be rescheduled to another day.

The remainder of the amount is due no later than 7 days before the agreed session date.

 

In case of last minute cancellations (notified after payment of the full amount and thus less than a week from the agreed session date), a partial refund in the amount of half of the cost of the session will be offered. The deposit amount is non-refundable, however where possible and convenient for both parties, the session can be rescheduled to another day.
